1. Polar Adventure: Quiet a few people came to Polar Adventure leaders said that we did a terrific job teaching the classes

1. Polar Adventure: Dec. 27th - Dec. 28th you can go up on Monday if you want program runs from 10-3 get there early in the morning to help set up dress warm
2. S.O.S: Journey to Exellence program to replace Quality Lodge it's a three star rating program bronze silver and gold this will break down the things that each lodge needs to work on
3. Winter Banquet Luncheon: Jan 7th 2012 Steve Scott special guest possibly need potato peelers and 3 to 4 dish washers Luncheon starts at 1:00 officers get there at 8:30

1. Section Conclave this year 73 total scouts went to conclave next year’s goal a couple hundred scouts at conclave
2. Summer camp total call outs this year 90-100 total that went to fall fellowship 80-85 the rest we will get at spring fellowship
3. Promotions Mr. Dienger promoted summer camp to 4-5 cub scout packs
4. Elections different at summer camp that conclave most troops did elections at camp others didn’t have enough scouts and others did them at their troop meetings

Winter Banquet Luncheon Jan. 7th 2012 lunch starts at 1:00 still need a special guest troop reps get at camp and set up at 11:00 am and officers come at 8:30 and a social at 12:30 the meal will be turkey and ham with mash potatoes and gravy green beans and brownies for dessert an emotion made by Derek for the menu and a second by Brennan none opposed and no abstentions

4. National Leadership Seminar (NLS) goal is to get the whole executive board to go to NLS still no dates on NLS
5. Webelos lock in Feb 10th -11th at mess hall youth will run the concession stand
6. Dance Team get the dance team re involved two teams if possible one for the north and one for the south
7. Chapter discussion have not done chapters in a long time goal is to have one for the glaciers end district and one for the blue hills district an emotion made to do this by Derek and a second by Brennan none apposed and no abstentions
8. Patch design - Design new patches for this year and for NOAC send them to Chris the flap needs lodge name totem and www on it and if your design gets picked you will get a free patch
9. Camp promotions - going to promote camp to troops and cub scout packs
10. Cub scouts they aren’t coming to camp and the number of them are going down
11. Tee shirt design almost out of the blue tee shirts on large and bigger are left the shirts need lodge name totem and www on it also if your design gets picked you will get a free shirt
12. NOAC around July 27th at Michigan State University must ride in a contingent will not meet anyone at the university all must stay together
13. Troop reps get the word out to the troops to get a rep from each one then get them to the meetings
14. Any new business lodge thinking about getting a face book page try to get elections done at troop meetings fundraisers for NOAC brat wagons start looking for dates and must participate at all fundraiser to go to NOAC
